We process data entered via contact forms, queries for website creation or orders of ready-made solutions. This includes, in particular, name, e-mail and telephone – exclusively for the following purposes:

• answering the question and sending a quote
• communication leading to the conclusion of the contract or proof of performance
• technical support and system alerts for projects

The processing is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures on the basis of your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) or on the basis of your voluntary consent for contact forms (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes. They can only be shared with verified service providers (e.g. hosting) with whom we have a brokerage agreement.

We keep the data only for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose – typically during the processing of the inquiry or the duration of the cooperation.
