Privacy policy and cookies

This notice fulfils the information duty under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection (Slovakia).

Contact form and chat: name, e-mail and/or phone, message text, time of sending and technical data needed for delivery (e.g. IP address in server logs).

E-mail or phone communication: data you voluntarily provide in an enquiry or collaboration.

Contractual work: billing and contact details needed for invoices and performance (name/company, address, company IDs, bank details as agreed).

Web analytics (only with consent): cookie identifiers and similar Google Analytics technologies, approximate visit data (pages, device, region, traffic source) — not linked to your enquiry name.

Replying to enquiries and pre-contract communication — legitimate interest / steps prior to entering a contract at the data subject’s request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Performing a website development contract, invoicing and accounting — contract performance and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

Protection against spam and form abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Website traffic statistics (Google Analytics) — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Analytics does not start without consent.

Essential / functional: the chosen website language (`lang`) and cookie consent state (`cookie-consent`) are stored in browser local storage so preferences are remembered. These are not marketing cookies.

Analytics: after consent, Google Analytics 4 scripts load with measurement ID G-JQ4GSG09BZ. Google may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses and Google’s privacy settings.

You may refuse or later withdraw consent. After refusal, analytics cookies are not stored and measurement does not run.

Third-party cookies (Google) can also be managed in browser settings. Blocking them does not remove PIXELON.SK content.

Enquiry data is processed by me as controller. Hosting, e-mail and IT providers in the EU (or with adequate safeguards) may process data to run the site.

With analytics consent, Google Ireland Limited (and possibly Google LLC) receives data as Google Analytics provider.

I do not sell personal data. I disclose data to public authorities only when required by law.

Enquiries and communication: usually up to 24 months after the last contact, or until an erasure request is handled if no other legal ground applies.

Contract and accounting records: as required by law (accounting typically 10 years).

Cookies / consent: until consent is withdrawn or site data is cleared; analytics cookies per Google settings (typically up to 14 / 26 months).

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability (where technically feasible) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect lawfulness before withdrawal.

You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (www.dataprotection.gov.sk).

I use appropriate technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access limits, anti-spam). Absolute internet security cannot be guaranteed.

Services are not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect data from minors.

I may update this document. The current version is always on this page with its effective date. For material cookie changes, the site will ask for consent again.
