01

Provider and scope

  1. 1.1

The services are provided by AutoLex s.r.o., Jabloňová 338/42, 010 04 Žilina, Slovakia, Company ID (IČO): 55630448, Tax ID (DIČ): 2122042703, VAT ID: SK2122042703 (the “Provider”). The services under the PIXELON.SK brand are delivered by Kristián Mravec.

  2. 1.2

These terms govern the relationship between the Provider and the client, being any natural or legal person who orders a service (the “Client”). A consumer is a Client who orders a service outside their business activity.

  3. 1.3

The legal relationships are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, in particular Act No. 513/1991 Coll. (Commercial Code) for business clients, Act No. 40/1964 Coll. (Civil Code) and Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection for consumers.

  4. 1.4

Different arrangements in a quote or contract take precedence over these terms.

02

Subject of the services

  1. 2.1

The Provider creates presentation websites (brochure site, business website), e-shops, web applications and portals to order, redesigns existing websites and provides a technical SEO foundation, fixes, updates and further development of projects.

  2. 2.2

The scope, features, number of pages, deadline and price are set out in the quote. Prices shown on the website (“from …”) are indicative; only the individual quote is binding.

  3. 2.3

The Provider may use a subcontractor and is responsible for their work as for their own.

03

Conclusion of the contract

  1. 3.1

An enquiry sent via the form, chat, e-mail or phone is non-binding and does not create a contractual relationship by itself. Based on the enquiry the Provider prepares a quote.

  2. 3.2

The contract is concluded when the Client confirms the quote (by e-mail or in writing), or by paying a deposit as set out in the quote. A quote is valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

  3. 3.3

Changes to the scope after the contract is concluded are agreed in advance and may change the price and the deadline.

04

Price and payment terms

  1. 4.1

Prices are stated in euros. Prices on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise; a quote for a business client may state the price excluding VAT.

  2. 4.2

The price for creating a website is one-off. Monthly fees are charged only for services the Client expressly orders (for example maintenance or hosting).

  3. 4.3

The method of payment, the amount of any deposit and the due date are agreed in the quote. Unless agreed otherwise, an invoice is due within 14 days of issue.

  4. 4.4

If payment is late the Provider may suspend work and charge statutory late-payment interest. The Provider may make launching the website on the live server conditional on payment of the price.

05

Client cooperation

  1. 5.1

The Client supplies materials (texts, photographs, logo, access details) on time and in reasonable quality and ensures they hold the necessary rights to them.

  2. 5.2

The Client approves or comments on designs and interim results within a reasonable time; the number of feedback rounds is agreed in the quote.

  3. 5.3

If materials or approval are delayed, the deadline is extended accordingly.

  4. 5.4

The Client is responsible for the content of the website (texts, products, prices, legal information), including its compliance with legal regulations.

06

Deadlines and delivery

  1. 6.1

The delivery deadline is stated in the quote and depends on the scope and on timely cooperation from the Client.

  2. 6.2

The Provider deploys the website, tests it on common devices and browsers and hands over the access details to the Client.

  3. 6.3

The Client checks the work within 5 working days of delivery and reports any defects in writing. After this period the work is deemed accepted unless agreed otherwise.

  4. 6.4

Changes and extensions that are not the removal of defects are treated as a new order.

07

Intellectual property

  1. 7.1

After full payment of the price the Client receives a licence to use the work for the purpose stated in the contract, without territorial or time limitation. A full transfer of economic rights can be agreed in the contract.

  2. 7.2

Until the price is paid in full, the economic rights to the work do not pass to the Client.

  3. 7.3

Third-party libraries, fonts and tools used (including open-source ones) are subject to their own licences.

  4. 7.4

Unless agreed otherwise, the Provider may show the work in their portfolio and references.

08

Domains, hosting and third parties

  1. 8.1

Costs of the domain, hosting, licences and paid third-party services (for example e-mailing, payment gateways, maps) are not included in the price unless the quote says otherwise.

  2. 8.2

The Provider advises on choosing a domain and hosting but is not responsible for the terms and outages of third-party services.

  3. 8.3

It is recommended that the Client holds both the domain and the hosting in their own name.

09

Warranty and liability

  1. 9.1

The Provider is liable for defects of the work under applicable law. Defects that the work had at delivery or that arose during normal use will be removed free of charge within a reasonable time.

  2. 9.2

The warranty does not cover defects caused by the Client or a third party, improper use, a change of environment (for example a hosting update) or code coming from another source.

  3. 9.3

The Provider does not guarantee specific search-engine rankings, traffic or revenue. SEO is a technical foundation and advice.

  4. 9.4

For business clients, liability for damage is limited to the price of the work and does not include lost profit, to the extent permitted by law. Consumer rights under applicable law are not affected.

10

Complaints

  1. 10.1

A complaint can be made by e-mail to mravec@pixelon.sk or by phone on +421 948 065 183. Please describe the defect, where it appears and, if possible, include a screenshot.

  2. 10.2

The Provider confirms receipt of the complaint and resolves it without undue delay, within 30 days of it being made at the latest.

11

Withdrawal and cancellation

  1. 11.1

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. It is enough to notify the withdrawal by e-mail to the address in these terms; the Provider sends a model form on request.

  2. 11.2

If the consumer asked for the service to begin before the withdrawal period expired, they pay a proportionate part of the price for the performance so far. Once the service has been fully performed with the consumer’s consent and after they have been informed, the right of withdrawal expires.

  3. 11.3

A business client may cancel an order by agreement. When cancelling after work has started, they pay for the work done and the costs incurred.

  4. 11.4

The Provider may withdraw from the contract if the Client repeatedly fails to provide the necessary cooperation or does not pay the price even after a reminder.

12

Data protection and confidentiality

  1. 12.1

The Provider processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection. Details are in the Privacy policy.

  2. 12.2

The Provider protects the Client’s confidential information (materials, access details) and does not disclose it.

13

Dispute resolution

  1. 13.1

The parties will try to resolve disputes by agreement. A consumer may also contact the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk) or another alternative dispute resolution body.

  2. 13.2

If a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, the competent courts of the Slovak Republic decide. If the consumer is a person from another EU Member State, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country are not affected.

14

Final provisions

  1. 14.1

These terms are effective from 2 November 2026. The Provider may change them; for contracts already concluded, the version in force on the date of the contract applies.

  2. 14.2

If any provision proves invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
